Bundoora Pre-School

On 26 January 2011, Bundoora Pre-school's Director, Ros Doutré, was awarded a Community Australia Day Award by the Honourable Jenny Macklin, Federal Member for Jagajaga.

The Jagajaga Community Australia Day Awards are awarded to outstanding individuals who make a positive difference within their community.   Nominations for the awards are assessed by a panel and those considered deserving are presented with their award on Australia Day.

Ros received the award because of her passion for her vocation and her continued dedication to the children and families of Bundoora.
